   They were closed when we got there. Didn’t even notify us they were closing. Very bad customer service

   I was a little disappointed because whenever I have a reservation I usually get sat in the dining room and not the bar area, especially when we did not even order any alcohol. My lady and myself showed up and the greeter was not there so we waited 5 minutes for someone to even come greet us and I told them I had a reservation and they said okay and verified it, then sat us in the bar area that smelled like old beer when the dining room had plenty of seating. I was just expecting more from Red Lobster with a reservation is all.

   The food was nice and warm and the server was excellent! The music was a bit loud but the server offered to turn it down, but it was a good era of music.

   Great, easy solution for a nice dinner. Food exceeded expectations and was well seasoned and prepared. GREAT service.

   This location is fantastic! I love the new lobster and shrimp tacos! I added on a Caesar salad, which goes great with the biscuits. Server and management were very nice also.

    I made an Open Table online priority seating since I was coming in with a large party. I made a point of telling the hostess she needed to clear the Open Table reservation since they previously failed to do so and I got a nasty gram from Open Table. Instead of clearing the Open Table reservation, she had the manager chew me out in front of my party. And, of course, I got a nasty gram from Open Table about no showing despite our tab of $453.60. In addition, this is the second time I have ordered mimosas from our server and been shorted half the Prosecco. Instead of giving us the bottle, the bartender used the second half for the second round, charging us twice as much. I cannot blame the server, it's not a drink he is familiar with. If the hostess and manager are going to be so disrespectful, I won't return. I expect a personal apology. I can spend that much money elsewhere and get respect. This is bull crap.
