   Despite several tables open, we were seated next to the door so there was a lot of hustle and bustling around us. The server was nice and knowledgeable. When our meals came, everyone was served except myself who had to wait much longer for my entree which was a simple salad. The salad was nothing to write home about as it was rather bland. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their meal selections. We were also there celebrating a milestone birthday that was noted on the reservation, this was not acknowledged. All in all, that's not a big deal for us, however it does tell me that the hostess and staff who looked up the reservation did not pay attention to the notes provided.

   Valentines Day. And my birthday. I thought I got dessert? No worries. We didn’t even get our appetizer and our meal. I didn’t come for fast food. Enjoy a drink, enjoy appetizers. Then after 10 mins get our meal. Everything came like fast food. Slow down. Let us relax and enjoy our company a glass of wine

   Waitstaff were great, went before supper rush and there was no wait. Great experience, great food. Got a little busy around 5.

   I had a table for 9 people..all staff were friendly, quick, food was very good and accommodated small extra requests. New menu and choices are amazing and will definitely be going back

    I've never had a bad experience at this Red Lobster. From the moment you step through the door and you're greeted to being brought to your table then meet the most lovely of servers you know your evening is going to be wonderful.
