The waiter was one of the best we have had. Food was good and we were able to visit with our friends without noise.

We made a reservation with Open Table and the hostess said they don't use Open Table?! Why does Open Table accept their reservations?! We had to wait 30 minutes and got a lousy table food took forever to come out.

Love red lobster. Used to go all the time. But they raised prices and made portions smaller. So we don’t visit often anymore. Wish they would fix this so we could go regularly as a family again. With that being said, the service was great and the seafood is yummy especially considering it’s a chain.

Outstanding customer service (hostess and server)! We got seated right away and our server (Philip) was great! Philip took great care of us and checked on us frequently. We ordered the dockside duos and both were outstanding! Very pleasant dining experience!

I made Open Table priority seating for 3 for lunch. Upon entering, I mentioned my priority seating and the hostess mentioned my name which means she was expecting me. Everything after that was outstanding as well; the food (endless shrimp), and especially the service!

Service was absolutely horrible. Waiter kept using the excuse that he’s new and forgot several items, didn’t bring out the first two courses of the 3 course meal someone had ordered, we had to ask for straws three times and still didn’t bring enough for everyone, an extra order of shrimp scampi had to be asked for three times before we just gave up, and when we asked to order more drinks he assumed we wanted the same thing and didn’t clarify who wanted the drinks and again assumed everyone wanted another. Terrible experience overall, couldn’t even enjoy our meals since we were too busy waiting for our waiter to come back with the requested/ordered items n

Went for endless shrimp. Food tasted great, service was even better! Teddy did an outstanding job and his service was an 11 out of 10! Highly satisfied with our dining experience and we'll be back soon!

Food was awesome (especially coconut shrimp and Atlantic salmon), and our server Teddy was great!

Trash. Steak was well done when I asked for medium rare. Green beans were mushy. Mashed potatoes had awful texture. Two of my other guests had the same issues. Waitress only checked in on my table one time. Had to ask other waiters for service. Just overall was a terrible experience.
