   Don’t go to Red Lobster on Mother’s Day bcuz we waited 1hour 30 minutes to get our food.

   We were looking for a quick dinner spot near Central Park and saw Red Lobster had availability — now we understand why. The restaurant was nearly empty, and they packed all guests into one section. Unfortunately, we were seated right next to the server station, where we could overhear the staff venting about other tables the entire time. Our waitress was friendly and started out attentive, but as the meal went on, she disappeared. After we finished eating, we waited about 15 minutes for the check before finally getting up to find someone — it turned out to be the manager, who ended up closing us out. Our server then seemed annoyed that the manager handled it. The food itself was disappointing. We ordered a few seafood pastas, and for around $25 per plate, you’d honestly get a better experience at Noodles & Co. Overall, it was just a sad experience. Spending $120 for three people in this economy, hoping for a decent meal, only to leave feeling completely let down by both the food and service, was incredibly frustrating.

   We went on Valentines Day so you can imagine the chaos. But all the staff were very nice and even though the environment was stressful they handled everything well. Our server was wonderful. It did take a while for our food to come out but I assume so because of the day. But other than that Red lobster is still holding strong. They have my vote.

   The rolls are wow! The service was fabulous! The meal was just wonderful! We gave Red Lobster another chance since it smelled before and they had updated the carpet….you need to get rid of carpet in a seafood restaurant! The bathroom was nasty! The lobster tank needs to be cleaned.

   Ordered one "Lobster lover's Dream" from menu. It came with 2 lobsters, shrimp pasta and 2 sides(ordered mash pot and ceasar salad). My husband loves Lobster tail but it could get expensive! We shared the plate and it filled us both and even took the complimentary bread to go! If you like Lobster and shrimp, this is the way to go, plus savings on 10% military discount! Our server was excellent and compliment to their chef and manager! More power!

   My only complaint was that the reserve ahead seating was not honored. We still had to wait 45 minutes and after everyone.

   Red Lobster Fredericksburg doesn't honor table reservations, we still had to wait additionally 25 minutes, our server had kept forgetting your food and requests.
