   My experience with open table was great. Table was ready immediately even after waiting a few minutes on my party to arrive, however I did choose a time when they're less busy in early afternoon. The waiter was excellent! The food scrumptious as usual especially the biscuits (my favorite). The only disappointment I had was that they did away with crab cakes and the shrimp trio that I usually get but the still had a good selection.

   Our server would disappear forever! Things I asked for were forgotten! Plus once home I noticed they overcharged us for something.

   Everything was awesome. Food was great, and came out quickly. Our server was amazing! On top of drinks, and biscuits. Food came out fast and hot. We were seated right away. Everything was great! They even remembered it was a birthday with out me having to remind them, sang and brought him ice cream!

   First of all we did the open table seating and when we arrived they put us at the end of the list. I guess they don’t know how open table priority seating works! We ordered our baked potatoes with butter on the side and the potatoes came out loaded with butter plus the butter melted and my fish was sitting in a pool of butter. So they took the food away and then brought us our potatoes the way we ordered them and later on brought out my fish! I felt like we were eating our meal one thing at a time! I had ice cream for dessert and they gave me a soup spoon. I asked for a teaspoon and never received one. Meanwhile my ice cream is melting so my wife asked the manager for a teaspoon. Well the manager had another person bring a spoon and it was a soup spoon again and not a teaspoon and my ice cream is still melting. He finally brought me a teaspoon! This is the worst managed Red Lobster!
