Open table worked just fine, however it took 45 minutes for us to get seated after we had already reserved for 8:15. I think that’s more on the restaurant than the app, but just know that reservations don’t mean much when people are short staffed I guess.

Popcorn shrimp was excellent. I think its ridiculous that a salad no longer comes with your meal though. You have to pay extra if you want one.

Our experience at Red Lobster was very disappointing. After 30 minutes of waiting for the dinner we ordered, the waitress informed us there had been a large party and that had held up our order, but it would be out very soon. After another 10 minutes, we asked the manager to check the kitchen as to why we still did not have our dinner. She returned and apologized for the delay, but said it was still going to be another 15 minutes. This was unacceptable and we left.

The manager was super rude. She cancelled the reservation so I couldn’t get my open-table points and wouldn’t let me fix it. Luckily open table helped. She also tried to overcharge me on the lobster! The waitress was super nice though. She made one error and i pointed it out but the manager couldn’t be bothered and told the waitress she was right to overcharge. Luckily another employee helped her out after we pointed out that lobster with an entree is different then a la cart. the waitress was new and very gracious about the mistake.
