Great franchise, very busy night, Valentines Day and a Friday. Otto was fantastic on service, seated immediately upon our arrival with reservation, excellent timing on drink and food service. A very perfect and industry standard experience all around.

Red Lobster experience is fairly consistent. The only thing I noticed was they now have an up charge for a dinner salad. The $1.99 charge is ridiculous. Otherwise food and drinks were as expected.
