My family and I made reservations for 830pm. We get there and check in the hostess stated it will be a little wait, that wait turned to an hour and there were still 6 people in front of us. I tried being patient. The manager would not come up front to settle the crowd, told the workers to tell everyone it was a 2 hour wait. Had to leave, went and ate at good 'ol TGI Fridays.

I didn’t get seated until after 830 pm but that’s after I complained to management. I was there at 730pm. It took 45 minutes for my cocktail to come and after an hour our food never came out they said another 20-30 minutes. We left because it was almost 10 pm and we haven’t eaten. Horrible service on Valentine’s Day.

Bad service and terrible food. Waited 30 mins for biscuits and over an hour for entrees that were terrible, Shrimp Alfredo was very watery and broken (separated).

Our server was great, and the staff was nice. However, the food and drinks took forever to arrive despite there only being a few other tables and plenty of staff. We waited about 20 minutes for drinks and 45 minutes for food.

This restaurant is always unaware of the priority seating association with Open Table. Service was average, but the food was very good. Table was a little dirty when we arrived at it - we had to clean it ourselves.

Wait was over an hour long even though we arrived 20 min before our reservation. Kept telling us that they couldn't seat us when there was many open tables and booths. Once seated, the service was quick and the food was good.
