I made reservations at5:15 and I still had to wait 40 min the host looked so lost where to sit people I asked 2x I had my reservations @5:15 and reserved for priority seating and wasn’t satisfy with the seating if peopl make reservations it should be honored the time you make your reservation that’s why you make the reservation ahead of time

Low inventory during our visit- they were out of a lot of things, from spoons to oysters! Service was ok, they had friendly staff just seemed like they were understaffed or inexperienced.

Hi Red Lobster. I want to compliment Page and also Jessica at the Ontario location. Please not that the Caesar Salad did not have the usual Parmesan cheese shavings, and we had to ask to bring it. I get that they were quite busy. Thanks again. Sharon & Stan Stein

Our server meant well. She wasn’t rude or anything. They just definitely need to hire a designated bartender on weekends because the server/bartender could not handle the Saturday crowd.

We went for lunch on a Tuesday at 12:00. The y were out of iced tea (!), out of popcorn shrimp. The service was slow and one of our group didn't get a side they ordered. Had to ask a different waitress to bring it layer on. Too many things off.

Food and service was great! Disappointed in the ‘priority waiting list’ not really being a priority. We still had to wait 40 min for our table and we’re told it would be a 30 to 45 min wait.

The wait was about 75 minutes. That was with an open table "Join our wait list". The food was excellent. We got the all you can eat shrimp! No complaints about the food at all.

Good once we got seated. Open table reservations were useless, no priorities were given, not worth using.

Took 1.5 hrs to receive food from the time we were seated. Server missed an appetizer which had to be asked for twice. Pasta dish was cold. Ordered Garlic Butter Crab, received plain steamed. Ordered steak Med. Rare, received Well Done. No one offered steak sauce, had to ask. Received wrong dishes that added to delay. Had to ask for butter for crab dishes. Had to ask for refills and extras. Seated at 12:40pm and didn't finish until 3:30pm. Ate and ran. Worst Fathers Day lunch for my husband and son. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!
