   It was freezing outside and the inside was freezing also and they put me way in the back of the restaurant and with another black family that was having a dinner of 12 people and close us off from everyone else and I was so disappointed and felt bad because I loved red lobster and was a frequent customer there but take your money somewhere else. I paid for a nice lobster dinner for 2 for Easter and we had just left church and came out to be treated less than human. The manager was called because everyone was completely and they never showed up. Beyond disappointed

   We had a great Easter lunch. The service was excellent. Great management. We were seated on time. 😊

   Staff was ok but our waiter was amazing! Food was slack, red lobster as a franchise is dead. Needs passion from corporate not “suits” who are scared is my opinion. Be proud and serve great seafood and re design restaurants before your dead! -DC

   I was here for my birthday with my family my lobster was raw out of my crab I only received two pieces of crab meat that was edible my daughter salmon was dry and had no flavor this was the worst experience of red lobster we’ve ever came across

   The salmon bowl was delicious, although rice was substituted. The roasted Brussels Sprouts were especially tasty and the salmon was perfectly done. The service was a bit slow, but the wait staff was working hard to make sure our needs were met as best they could.

   Food delicious! Waiter took very good care of us. girls in our group liked that he looked like a movie star!
