   The Manager and our waitress were awesome. Mom is in a wheelchair and we had 10 or 11 of us for Mom’s birthday. They put us in the back room so we had room to visit and Mom had room with her wheelchair. We come every year for Mom’s birthday and they take care of us every year but this year was the best so far. I can’t say enough about the Manager and our waitress for their patience and service. Everyone said food was good too came out all together and hot! My steak was cooked perfectly. Thank You!

   This trip was very nice. Our service was much improved. Just one reminder that water needs refilled, not just alcoholic beverages.

   Waitress was more attentive to table next to us. We were not asked if we wanted more bread, our water was not refilled, asked for a travel container for each of us, but only 1 bag was provided. Had to ask for the additional bag. Perhaps our waitress was new, but not paying attention to our table.

   Food was greasy and waiter was not pleasant although out of courtesy I gave 20% tip. Will not eat here again for a while.

   Cajun salmon was skin on and spice level was rather mild. Shrimp and salmon were cooked well

    Ordered a seafood platter that had lobster on it and the tail was so small that the lobster meat was tough and I cannot believe I paid that much for dried lobster meat. The shrimp was the best thing that I ate because my salmon was completely dry. For Ash Wednesday no matter how busy a kitchen is the food should never be dry especially not for the price you pay. So disappointed haven’t been to red lobster in years and it will take me yours again to go back to one. This was not a good experience.
