Came here to celebrate Christmas with dinner with my son. The Last few times at another Red lobster I wasn’t so excited to come back. Service was as just ok, good not exciting . Today in the Raleigh location, the food, service and the nice people working made me want to return again. Joyce was our server. She was great from the first time coming to our table to the end of our meal. She kept our glasses full and kept us updated on when our meal would be coming .The menu seems a bit smaller but they have many of their best meals and today everything was on point! The cheddar biscuits were served hot , delicious and replaced when we were empty. Being it was Christmas I was nicely surprised everyone working seemed happy to be there and was taking care of us all coming in for a meal. I can’t wait to return. So glad there’s a Red lobster close by with a great team of people . Thank you all for a great meal and a nice dinning experience!! Merry Christmas Red Lobster!

We had a great experience!! Davante was so attentive, prompt, and cheerful, even though we were the last group there on Christmas Eve. He was so friendly and our food was delicious!

Very slow service and had to wait 43 minutes for our food. I won’t be back.

Chim was our waitress and she was outstanding. Her infectious laughter and attention to detail made our meal perfect. Wish we could give her 10 stars!

It was very odd. I made the reservation and showed up a few minutes early. I told the hostess that I had a reservation and my name. She said, “I see you in our system but we don’t actually take reservations”. If you don’t do reservations then how am I in your system? What’s worse is that the lobby was empty. I’m thinking, even if I didn’t have a reservation wouldn’t I still be next? Very odd! Once my group was seated the food and staff were good.

Not sure if waiter was new or just wanted to appear busy by rushing back and forth but he only had 2 tables and struggled to get our order to our table correctly. Kept forgetting to bring items. Food came overcooked. Nothing worse than rubbery lobster & scallops. Paid upcharge for kids mac & cheese side and both girls thought it was horrible. Total waste of money. Really should have driven a few more miles for better.

VERY Limited sides. Paper under plate/tray got wet and soggy under baked potato. Food was OK. Service was good.

We made a 7pm priority seating on Open Table & we were seated as soon as we arrived. Thank goodness because there were quite a few people waiting. Our server Natalie was attentive & took great care of us. Our food came right out, it was hot & delicious. Last nights experience at Red Lobster was Great. It has been a while since we’ve actually had such a pleasurable & delicious dining experience.
