They overbooked reservations for Valentine Day. We arrived on time and there was a lobby full of people. The greeter said they “all had reservations “ and we could put our name on a list to be seated. She estimated the wait to be “at least a half hour”. Based on the number of people in the lobby this was unrealistically optimistic. We went to Culvers. It was pretty good.

This Red Lobster location never disappoints, we had great food and service! The manager was also very attentive to all the customers.

The food is always delicious but it would be nice if you could get smaller portions. As we age, we don't eat as much as we use to. Senior portions would be a nice option.

We were seated right away even though they told us they don’t take reservations and don’t know how we had one. Food and service was great. The restaurant was clean and had prompt service.
