We dined with a party of 4 at 745pm on a Saturday evening. We were sat promptly. Waited about 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken. But once that was done, service was better. Food was great. Service was good.

Grandma wanted Red Lobster for her bday lunch. Went on a Saturday afternoon. Restaurant wasn’t busy. Food was delivered on time and paced properly. The mussels had to be sent back and taken off of the bill. Most of them were not opened, indicating they were undercooked or bad. And the accompanying bread was super overly salted. Manager on duty was courteous and apologetic. The food is what it is at Red Lobster. The best part of our meal was the service provided by Linda. She was a doll, soft spoken and efficient. Thanks Linda!

Soda was flat, wrong order was never corrected on bill, all silverware looked dirty, slow service, salad was missing dressing

We had a great time. My daughter wanted to go to RL for her bday so in the pouring rain we went! Well worth getting soaked.
