Terrible service. After almost two hours, we took our meals home in boxes. For the money, we could have done much better.

Very disappointed. My boyfriend and I had a reservation at 6 and ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated, absolutely ridiculous. However, staff was very friendly and gave a warm welcome!

We had a reservation and we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. They said that was standard. We sat at the bar with several other people who were waiting for there table and the lady behind the bar did not give anyone a drink. The decor in the restaurant was well over a decade old, time it may be time to modernize the place. Must say it will be a long time before we ever go back to Red Lobster.

We came at happy hour time. The menu was different with the one we look online. Nothing special on happy hour or weekly special like they mentioned online. Food was awful!

Our waiter Garrett was very attentive and made sure we always had drink refills and extra rolls. We got the all u can eat shrimp, which was good. No coconut shrimp bites though and that was a disappointment. But overall we had a great experience
