Dining at RED O is an experience like no other that offers a unique combination of Prime Steak and Seafood with Rick Bayless’ signature Mexican inspired influences. With sustainably sourced and local ingredients, RED O creates flavorful dishes true to the authentic flavors of Mexico. RED O’s team of friendly employees creates a welcoming atmosphere that parallels the luxury resort interior of the restaurant. RED O also features an impressive bar and lounge where you’ll find specialty cocktails, an extensive tequila list and an award winning wine list. The bar also offers Happy Hour from 3-6 p.m. daily and Late Night Happy Hour from 9-11pm Friday-Saturday.

    Our reservation was at 12pm and we were delayed by the parking attendant since he normally doesn’t work there, he didn’t know what the handicap self parking situation was, however it was cleared up when I called the hostess. We were seated by 12:05 pm so I really wasn’t understanding the waiter’s jokes about waiting for us all day. Anyways, we ordered our appetizer and entrees. After the entrees came, the server asked if we wanted hot sauce and we said no because the food was too spicy as it was. My steak and eggs arrived and there wasn’t any onions or peppers but my potatoes were tossed with some kind of spicy enchilada sauce which tasted like they were from a buffet. My guest ordered the Spinach Enchiladas and it had chunks of Jalepeno in with the spinach and it was overwhelmingly spicy. We flagged down the hostess to take it away and it was too late to order something else because everyone finished their entrees by then. The manager took the enchiladas off the bill. They offered us some Churros and the server brought a birthday dessert later for the birthday girl. I paid the bill via InKind app and the waiter wanted my receipt with my phone number and a signature. He didn’t seem to be familiar with that payment method but we left without a copy of the receipt. I definitely must say that dinner there is much better than my brunch experience.

    Everything was amazing. Omar and Chris had super friendly vibes the whole entire staff were amazing had a warm and inviting feeling some of the most amazing food thanks to the chef omar 🙌🏼 me and my wife will be back thank you Red O for making it a memorable night.

    Food was good but not great. The Fish was supposed to come with Rice and did not just fish on onions and peppers. For a $95 shared app and shared dessert I would expect it to come with a carb as stated on the menu. The fish itself was well cooked as was the steak also tender. I guess I expect a bit more effort from a restaurant that claims to be a high dollar establishment.

    Seemed like restaurant was a bit understaffed for an expensive V Day experience, especially toward the end of our dinner. The food quality was lower than usual, and my son's steak was well done instead of medium rare he requested. We were of course offered a second steak, which too wasn't medium rare in particular, but better than last.... so we went with it. But overall a bit disappointed.

    It was amazing me and my boyfriend loved it the food was good too, also our waitress was so nice we had such a good time, the food had such good taste anything through dessert was amazing also the ambience was so nice.
