Dining at RED O is an experience like no other that offers a unique combination of Prime Steak and Seafood with Rick Bayless’ signature Mexican inspired influences. With sustainably sourced and local ingredients, RED O creates flavorful dishes true to the authentic flavors of Mexico. RED O’s team of friendly employees creates a welcoming atmosphere that parallels the luxury resort interior of the restaurant. RED O also features an impressive bar and lounge where you’ll find specialty cocktails, an extensive tequila list and an award winning wine list. The bar also offers Happy Hour from 3-6 p.m. daily and Late Night Happy Hour from 10-12am Tuesday-Saturday.

    Service and food was amazing. Waitstaff checked on us frequently. Restaurant was very accommodating to all of our needs. They stored birthday cake in freezer for a few hours until it was ready to be served. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

    My colleague and I were at a business lunch at Red O and the restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas was lovely poinsettias and the food was great. One hour into the meal, a manager in a suit and an assistant aggressively cleared our plates, took the chips/salsa and his asst wiped the table.We were shocked! Our lunches were pretty much done, but we were still talking and eating chips. The waitress came over for us to pay, but quickly showed us a tablet with all I could see were ranges of tips-no totals. I had to ask for the receipt. My colleague and I wondered if we were being rushed out, but we had only been there a few minutes over an hour. Ruined my view if the restaurant. I didn’t want to say anything because this was a work lunch, but I left thinking how rude this was.

    Unfortunately the food was not as good as anticipated. The sauces to the enchiladas are sweet which was not a taste the group was going for. The lobster and steak was pleasing. We also ordered drinks at the bar prior to being seated. We later learned that we were over charged for the drinks at the bar.

    Not a great value for food that anyone can get at any given Mexican restaurant. Very pricey, but understandable due to where the restaurant is located. Our server was pleasant and courteous and was very accommodating. The atmosphere is nice. Dim lit and cozy. The experience was satisfying, if you can stomach the Chicken Enchiladas.

    As always, food was great, our server Tomas was super and the ambiance was a bit dead this time around. We are used to Sundays at Red O during summer time with the live DJ playing upbeat music. This time around it was very quiet. Regardless of that detail, we had a great time!!
