Everything was great! Steak was amazing! Lobster tail was a little over cooked made it hard to eat and tear out of the shell , but was still good. Service was great all around! Definitely will be back!

Overall a very good experience. Steaks we ordered were a tad bit undercooked but as we ordered medium-well it was a small issue. The drinks were alcohol-forward and well made. The service was outstanding. Very professional, very courteous, and very prompt on a very busy Saturday night. I would return for the service alone and definitely would recommend it to anyone searching for a great night out

Of the probably 15 times I have been to Red, this was my worse experience ever. Unfortunately it was to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. He had never been and we have told him how good it is. He loves steak, thankfully his steak was good. However, I ordered a CAB Prime filet but was served a regular CAB filet. I didn’t realize it until I switched with my wife because he Prime Filet was a little more on medium rare side. We both noticed the difference right away. We were not charged for the Prime, so that was made right however the server didn’t apologize, acted more like he didn’t know what to do. We also tried the Broccolini for the first time, and it was not good. It was overly soaked in olive oil and over seasoned. We communicated this to the manager when the he came to talk about the steak. Offered to make us a new one but we were already finished with our meal. Did not offer to comp them at all. It’s hard to not feel disappointed when your spend over $300 on a dinner.

We have come here a lot of times and the waitress acted like we’ve never been here before and I asked for a porter house steak and she replies they don’t have any and then I see the guy at the bar order and receive a porter house steak and we ordered before him. I even asked the guy if he ordered the porterhouse steak and he replied yes. She gave us soda water instead of water. She was annoyed if we asked questions or for something different. It wasn’t a pleasant night and made the experience bad. Food was great though like normal

Damian A was our server. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He made our first experience so fantastic we will be requesting him when we return.

Dined at Red, the Steakhouse this past Saturday evening and I couldn't say enough good things about this place. We were running late for our reservation due to the awful snow/freezing rain, but the hostess was very sweet and assured us that our reservation was secure. The waitress was fantastic and probably the best service either of us has had in a long time. As for the food, exceptional. The crab cakes and stuffed peppers we got for appetizers were to die for. We each ordered the CAB Prime NY strip steaks and they were both seasoned and cooked perfectly. Easily the best steak I've ever enjoyed. I will be dreaming of the whipped potatoes we got as a side for the foreseeable future. Overall, I cannot wait to go back.

Great service from the moment we arrived at the hostess stand. Sever was great and the food was delicious.

We felt a bit rushed by our waiter…we all wanted espresso martinis but the machine was broken and my husband wanted short ribs but they were out. Waited a bit for a second round of drinks. Normally love Red but this visit fell short of what we expected.
