It becomes apparent soon after entering RedFire Grill & Steakhouse why it has become the destination spot throughout the Delaware Valley for people seeking out great steaks and chops. The sultry, penetrating tones of scarlet and brick leap out from behind the bar while the cool, casual comforts of stained wood, stone and wrought iron appoint the sophisticated dining room. Our service team is engaging and knowledgeable without being obtrusive or conspicuous. Our menu features a carefully chosen selection of dry-aged beef seared to perfection on our 1200 degree Chophouse Broiler. Other menu items include fresh fish, organic chicken & traditional steakhouse beef offerings. Lunch options are highlighted by generously portioned salads, sandwiches and signature burgers.

Appetizers were very good, we shared brussel sprouts and deviled eggs between 4 of us, portions were large. Two of us got the 8 ounce filet, it was cooked fine but the quality of meat wasn't as good as previous meals we've had. We still like the place, has great atmosphere and we will be back.

I enjoyed this restaurant more at dinner time than lunch as the atmosphere is much livelier in the evening. I had the blackened salmon salad and the mushroom soup, and both were delicious. My friend had the steak salad, and it looked as though the salad consisted of only lettuce. It would have been nice to have bread with the soup. The service was timely.

Service from the wait staff was excellent and the food was just as good. It's also nice to see a restaurant manager that actually keeps an eye on things and actually helps out instead of sitting in the office. Will definitely be going back.

We come in fairly regularly so this was a big disappointment. We waited 20 minutes for our initial drink, our appetizer had come out even before it. They were not cold at all so we were assuming they were sitting at the bar. Another 20 minutes waiting only to be told the bottle of wine we ordered was unavailable We did ask to space out our courses and were told that it would take 15 to 20 minutes once we put our dinner order in. Then waited an hour for our food. Steaks extremely greasy and gristly, and there was not much of them that was edible to eat. The side dish came out cold and we were eating finished eating what we were going to eat before it came back out. We voiced all of this to the server who said she would “pass it on” The most disappointing thing was that no point did anyone come over apologize for our experience.

On a very busy Friday evening with a reservation our wait to be seated was brief. Our waitress was friendly, the service was prompt and the food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful.

A dear friend & I enjoyed a nice lunch together, able to spend quite a bit of time ‘catching up’ with minimal interruptions. Our server Shannon was very nice & good. We wish they’d had at least one ‘flavored tea’ and a ‘fresh fruit plate’ and ‘sherbert’ on their menu. I will put a note out to them via their website & contact. Overall, very satisfied with today at Redfire.

Generally, the food is good but prices are about $10 more than Firebirds for the same food and quality. Because prices are so high I expected more or better and it just wasn’t there. My kids got steak frites and one was good but the other had a lot of gristle. We also had to send back one steak several times to get it cooked to medium.
