Set in the stylish Soho Hotel in the heart of London’s West End, Refuel Restaurant and Bar is designed by Creative Director Kit Kemp and features vibrant interiors with contemporary art.

Known for its Modern British and European menu, enjoy timeless favourites like Dover sole and Aubrey Allen ribeye steak alongside specials such as ChalkStream trout, buttered leeks, Veronique sauce and Roast scallops, 'nduja and orange butter.

For dessert, find twists on the classics (our favourites are the Lemon tart with crème fraîche and Elderflower and strawberry trifle), while a selection of British cheeses tempts those with less of a sweet tooth.

Just moments away from London’s most popular theatres, opt for the set menu pre or post show, or indulge in a traditional afternoon tea. Locale molto curato, servizio attento alle esigenze del cliente. I camerieri ci hanno letteralmente viziati. Cibo buono. Ci tornerei volenteri

Fantastic venue great staff, meeting up with friends some of whom arrived late but the restaurant staff did everything to accommodate us. Thank you for a wonderful evening, I cannot recommended this place more highly!

Restaurant and hotel always gives you a warm feeling . Team very attentive. Food perfect . It was a bit quieter than I have seen it before but that worked for us . Was seated near kitchen . Not the best location but it didn’t effect our enjoyment . We arrived half an hour early but they were happy to seat us . There were 6 of us . Worth 5 stars

The hotel and restaurant has a lovely ambiance. Funky and bright and a nice place to be. The roast dinner was nice . It was lacking as only a few vegetables were provided ( one very small narrow carrot and parsnip and a few kale leaves). The courgette starter was lovely as was the bread. The service was attentive and friendly.

One of the best food experiences ever. Everything was just perfect from the ambience to the food and the service. Would highly recommend and will be back soon.

Great experience from start to finish. A warm greeting, fabulous service and great food. The bisque and also the asparagus to start were great, but the cote de boeuf was oustanding. Attentive, friendly service - not overpowering at all. Recommended!
