   Lovely meal from lunch menu. Only downside was that we did wait rather a long time for main course considering how quiet restaurant was. Food and service were excellent nonetheless.

   Ordered drinks and 1 starter of bread, never came. Asked twice and still never came but tried to charge us on the bill. Food was not that nice and no salt or pepper on the table to season.

   As always, there was great food and drink. The fantastic waiter was very happy to make changes for dairy-free. Just fantastic. Amazing old fashend to finish. Cheers Alex

   Arrived a bit early than reservations but no problem. Excellent service, good choice on menu and friendly staff.

   Lovely venue, beautiful building. Staff were really attentive and service was good. However it was let down by the small things for example I ordered a Fillet Steak and received a Rib Eye instead when I raised this, they amended the bill to reflect the mistake. However no apologise of a compliment coffee or anything was offered. Also we were not made aware of the specials until I overheard another table being advised and I raised it. We are slightly disappointed as this was for a birthday celebration. Lovely for a weekend meal, however for a special occasion I would highly recommend alternative venue.

   Booked a table for 2 people instead of four....they were very accommodating in giving us a table even though they were very busy. Food delicious as well as the cocktails. Lovely evening.

   Considering this was a major Valentines Evening, the restaurant was packed but the noise level was fine. The service was excellent as always and the food was great. One small point though, the veal was a touch chewy but the rest of the food was perfect especially the chicken in dolcelatta sauce !! Thank you.

    We really enjoyed the food, very good as we had expected from reviews and recommendations. However, we felt very rushed to be able to enjoy our meal. We were told we had the table for two hours, fair enough on such a busy evening but whilst still eating out starters, the mains came out. Not normal practice! Then we were asked about puddings which we had and on finishing them, the bill was presented on the table before we'd even asked for it. By this time it was barely 7.30, having had our table booked for 6 pm. We would like to return maybe one day and try again but the service needs to improve or not take so many bookings in one evening.
