   I am a big fan of Reid’s but they were not on their game today. I reserved a table a week ago and They seated us in an outdoor table that was sitting in water because it had just rained-the seats weee wet for god sake! I complained and we were moved to an inside table about as big as a tv tray and then they told us we needed to be done by 1:30. This was a Mother’s Day brunch and we had our mother who was in a walker. Did anyone assist us or her-No. again this won’t stop me from going back to Reid’s but after eating there multiple times through the years I was really disappointed.

   We’ve always enjoyed visiting Reid’s for brunch, but unfortunately, our most recent experience was not up to the usual standards.

   Waters were not refilled. Our fries did not come out until our entrées were half eaten and we had to remind the server.

   Caesar salad with BABY shrimp $19. Salad equates to salad in a bag from the grocery store. It was horrible.

   Eloise was an attentive server. Two of us ordered salads-caesar with salmon and greek with salmon. Both were underwhelming and unimpressive. Rose too sweet, pinot grigio on the sweet side as well. Disappointed...

   Everything was good except the lettuce in my salad. There were yellow leaves in the lettuce & some even had brown edges. The strawberries were not top shelf either.

   The food was great and the staff were awesome. Was our first time eating here and we are ready to do the Sunday brunch again. We were there for the Easter Brunch.

   The Easter buffet was plentiful and delicious and well worth the price. But the best part of the experience was the service. Everyone was extremely friendly and interactive. Our server Michelle was so sweet and very attentive. Michelle made sure we had full glasses and our table was always clear. The hostess was so kind and assigned us to the perfect table where we were able to easily enjoy our conversation. We will definitely be back on a regular basis.

    Terribly disappointing experience. I love Reid’s, however the brunch buffet was not good. Let’s start with the fact that there are servers that don’t speak English. You aren’t able to get your food yourself now it is given to you and the servers don’t even speak English to the point where they can tell you what you’re getting secondly, the shrimp which are usually delicious, or raw. Seriously transparent gray again everyone is serving you so you cannot get really what you want and they don’t speak English so you can’t really tell them when there’s an issue. The fried chicken is no longer bone in. Now it is chicken tenders. The prime rib was OK, but the Ajou was stone cold. Desserts were just OK. Nothing to write home about. The ice cream bar was all melted. It looked more like ice cream soup. I know that is a tough activation so I’m surprised Reid would try to do that. The obvious point is that it cost my husband and I $124 (no alcohol, food and iced tea only) for a terrible brunch experience. The food was not good. The staff was not good. Very disappointing indeed. Would not ever go back for the special buffet.
