ReMix is a modern version of the acclaimed Mix Mix Kitchen Bar by esteemed Chef Ross Pangilinan. His third Southern California concept has combined Mix Mix signature dishes with a complete new assortment of food offerings.
ReMix focuses on well-priced, market-driven small plates. The cuisine showcases Chef Ross Pangilinan’s eclectic style, which is influenced by French, Italian, and modern Filipino flavors, as well as refined technique. An approachable wine list will have varietals by the glass and bottle, a rotating beer selection, and craft cocktails is available. An open kitchen, relaxed ambiance, and the chef’s table offering an omakase-style tasting menu experience. ReMix features a simple and relaxed ambience paired with bright flavors of food to create a remarkable dining experience centered on the food.

                                                      Everything was good except the truffle pasta. Tasted very flat. Watery pasta with truffle flavor. No salt or acid. Best dish for us was the Beef cheek adobo w chimichurri garlic rice.

                                                      We found ReMix thru DineLA. We are so happy we went! We totally enjoyed their entire delicious menu, the wait staff was welcoming, informative, and friendly. The outside tables overlook a grassy family friendly area with games and such, people were having a great time, smiles all around. We were very impressed with the quality of the food and the creative dishes! We highly recommend you come try it yourselves!

                                                      We took advantage of the Dine LA $25 lunch special to try ReMix. Everyone enjoyed their food which was not only tasty but artfully presented. I thought it was a good value. We will definitely be back. We sat outside though because the music was too loud indoors and we wanted to talk, not shout at each other.

                                                      Everything was delicious! The service was friendly and the ambiance was lovely. Highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!

                                                      We tried this restaurant since it was on the Dine LA list and it didn't disappoint. I brought my husband and two sons. We loved the brussel sprouts and hangar steak and adobo brunch items but the biggest hit for them was the wagyu burger. We will definitely go back. The only things that we didn't care for was the coffee and espresso, which were too weak.

                                                      The chef ruined the entire ambiance and experience. The kitchen is out front right next to the seating area and the chef was constantly and loudly berating his staff from the moment we arrived until we left (almost 2 hours). One of the staff members actually left mid-shift because the chef was being so abusive. It was horribly uncomfortable and entirely unnecessary. While the brioche bread, pork cheek adobo and cocktails were delicious, the fried chicken plate was boring in flavor and could've very much used a side, the truffle noodle dish tasted like nothing but garlic and came out exceptionally late, the caesar salad's croutons were chewy and reminiscent of stale bread and one of our drink orders took nearly 45 minutes to be delivered. I honestly don't blame the staff for any of this. The chef was a nightmare of a human being and I can't imagine being able to provide top notch service while being rebuked incessantly. He literally ruined what would have otherwise been a wonderful date night.

                                                      Remix is an outstanding restaurant! My company had an amazing time. The food was out of this world. I can't wait to go back. Everything was incredible.

                                                      Understaffed they were trying their best but there was long wait times for under or over seasoned food. No consistency. 2nd time to visit and it was a completely different taste.
