Res American Bistro is a casual, yet elegant two level dining destination perfect for every occasion. Make a “Res” for a casual bite, a special night out, and everything in between! Our menu features fresh takes on contemporary favorites such as lobster tempura, roasted baby lamb chops, handmade pastas, and our 20-day butter aged NY Sirloin.     Food was terrible! What was billed as a filet was absolutely NOT and it was served over cooked and cold. Wait Staff were inattentive and slow. I had to get up twice to get attention. All this and the restaurant was not even close to being full of diners. Would hate to see what happens when there is a full house.

    Perfect place for dinner with friends after a PC game! Great food, drinks and vibe. Natalie was our server and was terrific.

    The service was excellent, very friendly efficient and had great suggestions. The food was excellent and they had some unique dishes that are not found elsewhere. The seating for two, was really cool the way they set up the seats to look out the windows.

    Lovely early dinner after a matinee at PPAC. Interesting and tasty cocktail to start (beet infused gin …) then lamb chops cooked perfectly over a heavenly sweet potato mash topped with minced apples and raisins and roasted dainty asparagus. Hot fresh mini individual baguette served in paper bad was nice touch. No room for dessert. Very attentive staff. I prefer quieter environs but frankly everything else made this a place id go back to in-spite of having to yell for my friend to hear me!

    Michael, our server was the best! The food is always great. The lobster tempura and the Scotch egg were delicious. The burger is always perfect. Thank you for a terrific evening. See you for dinner before Hamilton! The Chambers

    We loved every minute, every bite and every sip. Will definitely be back. We were dinging from 5pm to 6:40pm and it was nice and quiet. The appetizers were scrumptious except the lobster tempura one. That one was pricey and meh. The drinks are sooo good. Worth every penny.
