Experience award-winning fine dining in a modern, contemporary setting while supporting our highly talented students on their journey to professional excellence. Restaurant at Birmingham College of Food offers top quality food and service delivered by students training on our chef, food service courses under the guidance of industry expert tutors at University College Birmingham.

Restaurant provides exceptional value for money for high levels of cooking, service, creative flair and quality seasonal produce. Our Dinner Menu might include delicious fish and shellfish, premium beef, lamb, poultry or game, and imaginative vegetarian dishes. This runs alongside a lunchtime menu providing excellent value for money. The restaurant also draws on a dedicated pastry section where our skilled student chefs produce an array of elegant desserts.

An excellent Christmas experience with soft piano music in the background The food was excellent along with the service and a great attitude to please from the staff I will definitely be coming back in the New Year

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I come every year for our special Christmas date night . The decor the staff the amazing food make it such a lovely experience .

We were a party of seven, celebrating a special birthday and couldn't have had a better time. I've used Birmingham College of Food on many occasions and will continue to do so ; it never fails to deliver

As always, the food was excellent. The service was very good and considering these students are first year students, and English is their second language, I couldn’t fault the attentiveness of those serving us. I will be a regular visitor. I would have to pay twice the price elsewhere for the standard of cuisine experienced at Tge Cllege of Food.

A group of 10 of us went today for the Christmas 3 course lunch which was lovely. Between us we sampled most of what was on offer and all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was good and the courses came with a reasonable gap between, not too long or too short. I have a minor food allergy which I had mentioned when I booked and they were very careful to find out details and work out how to serve my food so that it would not be a problem for me! A great lunch to celebrate Christmas with some good friends!

Excellent food and experience. Although the front of house staff were a little nervous (only their second day), they were chatty and efficient. The kitchen produced fabulous dishes worthy of a top restaurant.

We had a delicious Christmas menu. Service was swift and polite - but there was a gap between some people’s food of the same course arriving Some of the students were quite nervous - but of course it could have been early on in their training in the restaurant. Altogether highly recommended
