Herzlich willkommen im Restaurant Dae Mon – unserem Lieblingsort, an dem kulinarische Grenzen erweitert und überschritten werden.
Unsere „Open Minded Cuisine“ ist ein Zusammenspiel aus vielfältigen kulinarischen Traditionen, die auf innovative Weise mitein- ander verschmelzen. Unser Ziel ist es, den Gaumen unserer Gäste zu überraschen und mit unerwarteten Geschmackskombinationen zu begeistern.
Das Herzensprojekt von Stefan Reinhardt wird mit großer Leidenschaft von den beiden Chefköchen Samuel Haas und Phillip Steixner geleitet. Sie werden dabei vom jungen, kreativen Team aus sieben Nationen unterstützt.

Superiore ad ogni aspettativa. Menù asian fusion di alto livello con fusione di sapori a volte entusiasmanti. Abbiamo accompagnato le portate (8) con Champagne e il risultato è stato sbalorditivo. Il locale è bello, i tavoli accoglienti e la cucina è divisa dalla sala solo da pareti di vetro... bellissimo. In cucina tanti giovani ma tanto mestiere e creatività. Il nostro cameriere, chevmeglio definirei accompagnatore di sapori è stato sempre cortese, amichevole e molto simpatico, senza mai eccedere nel suo ruolo. Molto bravo. Il conto se a prima vista può sembrare ‘importante’ vi garantisco che vale al 100% l’esperienza sensitiva che Dae Mon ci ha regalato. Bravi, bravi, bravi!!!

In bad English 😂 But we where there on a saturday night and as soon as you walk in you know you are going to have a special night. When you are beeing seated they will inform you what u are in for. And that is a journey of great food and drinks, they talk with passion what is on your plate and why they have chosen the wine with that dish. We had a great night with the food the drinks and the people.

Food and wine were definitely Michelin star worthy. Service was also excellent. I can highly recommend Dae Mon.

It's definitely in the top 5 of best experiences so far! It is a must for everyone who enjoys tastebuds celebrating; the outstanding interior contributes to the overall experience as well. Flawless service. Kudos and certainly until next time!

The entire menu (we choose the one with meet and fish) was wonderful. The price for food and wine is correct and the service perfect. Higly recommended for a food expérience of high cuisine. They used all the culinary tecnics.

The food was exceptional! Great beverage menu. But the restaurant lacks atmosphere and it felt like no one cared if you were there or not.
