Food outstanding. Service can be a bit unfair to grade because it was Dec 31st and everyone wanted to celebrate, but being a restaurant mentioned in the guide you would not expect this. We ordered appetizers and main courses. We received main course first without silverware. We had to ask for them and at that time we also asked for the appetizer just to find out they had not been ordered to the kitchen. They offered to bring them offering an apology and we wrongly believed they were going to be expedited. They were not it took too long to get them. Bad luck but still not to be expected on Michelin guide restaurant.

Wir waren am Silvesterabend zum Essen da und können das Restaurant nur empfehlen. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Bedienung aufgeschlossen und sehr freundlich und insgesamt eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Hirschrücken einfach nur göttlich. Kommen gerne wieder :)

Auch der zweite Besuch hat mich nicht so recht überzeugt. Der Service war zwar sehr nett, aber glänzte auch über weite Strecken eher mit Abwesenheit. Der "nette" Herr, der den Empfang betreute, warf irgendwann mal eher zufällig nen Blick nach uns, reagierte aber dann sehr abweisend, als wir fragten, ob wir für Neuankömmlinge was zu Trinken bestellen könnten. Vor- und Hauptspeise waren schon sehr lecker, kamen jedoch gleichzeitig. Also waren dann beide Gänge beim Essen nicht mehr wirklich warm, da die Vorspeise beim Einsetzen schon nicht sehr warm daher kam. Dass mehrere Gerichte nicht zur Verfügung stehen, kann an nem Sonntag mal passieren, könnte man beim Ausgeben der Karten gern kommunizieren. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich dem Jäger und Lustig noch eine dritte Chance gewähren soll...

Wir hatten 2x den Gänseteller mit Gänsebrust und Gänsekeule. Die Gänsebrust war hart und trocken und wir haben sie nicht gegessen, auch die Gänsekeule war aufgewärmt und etwas trocken. Wir raten von diesem Gericht ab. Schlecht und zu teuer! Im letzten Jahr hatten wir eine Gans für 4 Personen, die am Tisch tranchiert wurde, das war von der Qualität her ok. Beilagen ok

Es war gemütlich, die Getränke und das Essen kamen relativ schnell. Wir haben den Gänseteller gegessen mit Brust und Keule, Grünkohl und Rotkohl und Klösen, dieser war super lecker.
