Restaurant Olivia is a pasta-focused restaurant located in Denver’s Wash Park neighborhood. Olivia is the second project from chef Ty Leon, beverage guru Austin Carson, and hospitality maven Heather Morrison.

Each evening we open the doors to our restaurant as if it were our home, welcoming guests with warmth and graciousness. We believe you’ll feel our attention to hospitality the minute you step inside.

We draw inspiration from classic Italian dishes and the traditions that bring them to life, but we also feature flavors and recipes from around the world. Our food is made with care and intention. We source our ingredients from organic and local producers whenever possible. Our beverage program features expertly-crafted but playful cocktails, alongside an Italian-focused wine list.

We look forward to sharing with you our passion for outstanding food and service.

Join us as we launch our 2025 Apericena Wine Class Series with the acclaimed Barolo producer, Burzi. Our wine director, Scott Thomas, and Caterina Burzi will lead an engaging conversation around our communal table, exploring the world of Barolo, Nebbiolo, and the Burzi family farm in La Morra. The tasting includes the full Burzi lineup, including two vintages of their coveted Capelot Cru wines, along with Barolo, Langhe Nebbiolo, and traditionally important, Barbera d'Alba. Seven wines in total. These evenings combine learning with a relaxed dining experience featuring a light two-pasta dinner, chef-curated charcuterie, and the company of like-minded wine enthusiasts around our communal table.

Never kneaded? No problem. Classes are beginner-friendly and expert-approved.

First time at Olivia and the team did not disappoint. Enjoyable discussion about the wine selection with Tim and Chris. Our server Kim was great. Food was excellent. Only note is that our table was in a high traffic corridor and we were occasionally jostled by servers working the tables. Will definitely go again.

Restaurant Olivia is, quite frankly, our favorite restaurant in Denver. We come here for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions, and we recommend it to anyone we know as a must-try (whether they're just visiting or live in the area). The food is always perfect: delicious, excellent portions, sustainable/local, and a great variety. The drink options are fabulous (the wine! Swoon!) and our service is always phenomenal. We simply couldn't recommend enough!

I literally cannot think of one unpleasant or even remotely unpleasant aspect of our dining experience. From the warm and personal greeting upon entering to the informed and patient yet attentive service to the extraordinary food. Everything was on point and perfect. I cannot wait to return and have another experience and I am so happy I don’t have to travel downtown for a semi-worthy similar experience. Thank you to everyone at Olivia’s for a lovely evening.

while we entered with very high hopes, we were a little disappointed by the meal. admittedly, the kitchen was out of goat cheese for the whipped goat cheese & focaccia starter, but the substitute of stracchino was simply not tasty: too buttery and thick and the rosemary / calabrian chili honey didn’t pair well with the weight. other meals also didn’t impress (cappelletti was overly fatty & underseasoned). waitstaff was incredibly kind and helpful, but not the most attentive to time & dishes were spaced out by thirty minute intervals. that being said, the malloreddus was delightful!

Service was not good. Server took a while to come for the first time. I was still trying to decide on the wine . She could have explain their menu but nothing . She left then sone time passsed and i was trying to get her attention to order wine and she can take our order then comes and she asked to place the order with everything you are ordering for the night... and we did . She brought the food and left. And never saw her again . We asked manager for check and he told us a 20% service fee is included . Which is fine . BUT it explains the horrible service the service provided. Why would she work for it?? She knows she gets it regarless. Is a party of two people our bill about $400 because of the wine. The easiest money she made. I usually see this on bigger parties. We have been to many nice /expensive restsurants and they don't do that. I don't mind giving a 20% tip. Try at least to earn it!!
