Nacho Chicharro, Dani Garrido, Álvaro Cañellas and José Tomás Garrido are the names that have given life to the Madrid restaurant Mano de Santa.

When these four friends, hoteliers and entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the restaurant sector, decided to embark on the adventure of creating their own restaurant, they were very clear about their goal: to be able to transmit their way of understanding and living the hotel industry. from both sides, that of the hotelier and that of the public. Thus, Mano de Santa began to take shape, the restaurant that arrives with the premise of becoming a home, a refuge and an escape route for those who enjoy good cuisine or cocktails, as well as intensely experiencing small pleasures and details.

Un restaurante con excelente comida (tal vez carta no tan variada). Es una fusión de comida española con toquera orientales y latinoamericanos La atención excelente, tanto la de los camareros como la del chef y bar tender

A lovely local Madrid Salamanca area restaurant whose food did not live up to its hype on this April pre'Easter holiday week visit. Not many patrons. The starter of clams was promising. The breads delightful. Our mains, the Turbot Specialite to share was properly cooked, deboned at the table, but was bland despite lots of capers. An expensive disappointment. The Albarino wine was decent. Professional service and gracious staff. Worthy of a second try on our next trip through Madrid.
