This is your classic, everyday neighborhood French bistro run by Chef Paul Magu-Lecugy & his wife, Laura. That kind of cozy little place you’d imagine in Saint Michel or Saint Germain. Not smack dab in the middle of the 'burbs. But lucky for you, that’s exactly where 5-star chef Paul Magu will be paying homage to the French comfort food that he fell in love with as a boy growing up in Paris. We went on our Anniversary. The staff was so nice and acknowledged our anniversary and made it a very special evening. Everything was top-notch!

I had not been in a while, and Reve Bistro still does not disappoint even years later. Arlene, our server was amazing, with the best recommendations and conversation, and just making sure we had an amazing experience. I am a huge fan of farm to table, traditional great and simple meals, and fresh flavors - Reve does an amazing job delivering it all. We had the fries to start (don't miss them), escargots, and delicious bread. For our second course, we had the lobster bisque - I loved the sherry flavor in this bisque, and it was so creamy. Finally, my husband had the beef bourgignon, and I had the mushroom risotto with the suggested scallops (delicious). Everything was paired nicely with some amazing wines (Arlenes' suggestions were spot on). We finished it off with the lemon meringue tart, which had the most amazing crust. Everything was perfect - thanks so much!

Service in this restaurant is better than any restaurant I have been to in the last 15 years. Talk about a wow experience. That partnered with delicious food, nice ambiance and did I mention the service. Paying the extra to have happy birthday flowers and a happy birthday card signed by the entire staff touched my mom and was worth it. My last comment has to be about the dessert. The crème brûlée and the chocolate mousse were outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
