We go to Revel whenever we stay at The Hythe Luxury Collection hotel. We enjoy coming to this restaurant. Depending on when we visit, it may not be busy. However, the quality of the food is always good whether they are too busy or not busy enough. My husband had a club sandwich, and I had a power bowl with shrimp. They were both very good with very fresh ingredients. Every time we come (for the last 2+ years), we can count on the quality of food. One thing to call out is the menu accuracy. There is a link to the menu on the restaurant site, but it is not up to date. During our drive to Vail, we reviewed the menu and were excited to plan what to order. Unfortunately, those items were all not available. Otherwise, I would give a 5-star rating.

Loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the waiter was less than qualified to work as a server. Most importantly, the food was just plain awful. Utterly disappointing considering it was our first night’s stay at the hotel.

Chic restaurant great for larger parties with several big tables. Bar area upon entrace with a lounge feel. Menu was limited but delicious and service was great. We particularly loved the fish and the steamed broccolini.

Was traveling with my two young daughters and looking for something easy/near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful/understanding.

Salvatore was our waiter and he was great the entire time we were there. Also the hostess was very nice as well unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Food was great and made in a timely manner. The restaurant is very upscale and clean. Would recommend for a night out or celebrating a birthday like my party was. 10/10

Visit was "off-season." Service not good and clearly shorthanded which was unfortunate. Servers were not experienced and all managers were helping the entire time. 2 hrs for a meal where only 25% of the tables were occupied. That said, the food was very good. Too bad as it could be a very good dining experience with some managerial experience.

we ate at revel while staying at the hythe - the food was not as good as you would hope, given the price. with two meals & two rounds of drinks we paid over $400 for the meal - not worth it
