Rhapsody is a casual fine dining restaurant featuring Local Appalachian cuisine. Located in downtown Nelsonville, Ohio's beautiful Public Square, the Rhapsody is easy to get to and is centered in the arts district.

These cutting-edge comfort foods use local fresh ingredients, including vine ripe tomatoes, garden grown basil, local Amish cheese, and house made cheese spreads. Our steaks, chops, and chicken are produced locally, free of growth hormones and antibiotics. Our salads are made with fresh Athens area greens and vegetables.                                                           The food was delicious, hot and amazing from the appetizer to dessert. The atmosphere is charming. The service was a little slow at times, but still a great experience. Will definitely return.

                                                          Fairly extensive menu, including fine dining with vegetarian options as well as sandwiches. Full bar. Lovely atmosphere in old building. Tables nicely spaced apart. Friendly, attentive staff. Live jazz guitar was an unexpected bonus.

                                                          The atmosphere was laid back with a musician playing his guitar on stage. The food was amazing! And, the wait staff had smiles on their faces from ear to ear. Thoroughly enjoyed our night out. Will definitely be back!!

                                                          Just love this restaurant! Service, food, beverages are all great. We have been going there over 20 years and have not been disappointed once!

                                                          The restaurant was too loud, even before the music started. Our server was incompetent. We had to ask for refills on water and coffee multiple times. I expected really good service because it is part of a culinary school and I was extremely disappointed.

                                                          Everything was wonderful. I had the fettuccine Alfredo and would highly recommend. It was unexpected with peppers and onions in the dish, but it was delicious. The pot sticker appetizer was my favorite.
