Wir wollten einen schönen Abend mit guten Essen und Theaterbesuch verbringen. Wir waren um 18 Uhr im Lokal, es war wenig los, und wir haben sofort bestellt mit dem Hinweis, dass das Theater um 19.30 Uhr beginnt. Eine halbe Stunde später hatten mein Mann und ich unser Essen, unsere Freunde, die Pizza bestellt hatten, mussten auf ihr Essen warten. Nochmaliger Hinweis auf unseren Theaterbesuch, der Kellner versprach in 5 Minuten die Pizzen. 10 Minuten später um 18.50 Uhr nochmalige Erinnerung, als die Besucher am Nebentisch, die lange nach uns gekommen waren, ihre Pizzen erhielten. Man vertröstete uns wieder mit 5 Minuten, es schien dem Personal aber sehr gleichgültig zu sein, mittlerweile sei viel los und man könne die Situation nicht ändern und warum der Nebentisch bereits die Speisen hatte und unsere Freunde nicht, sei halt so. Um 19.15 Uhr noch immer keine Pizzen und das unverständliche Angebot, man könne die Pizzen to go mitgeben (ins Theater?). Die Pizza kam um 19.20 Uhr, als wir bereits am Gehen waren. Eine solche Inkompetenz und ein solches Desinteresse des Services habe ich überhaupt noch nicht erlebt. Man hat sich so überhaupt nicht bemüht, uns als Gäste zufriedenzustellen und das ignorante Verhalten des Personals iwar schlichtweg eine Frechheit. Wenn Sie also vorhaben, anschließend ins Theater zu gehen, meiden Sie das Ribelli, die kriegen es dort nämlich nicht auf die Reihe, die Tische und die Bestellungen im Blick zu haben und die Kundenzufriedenheit ist ihnen auch egal. Uns sieht das Ribelli nach diesem Reinfall auf keinen Fall mehr wieder!

Bon resto italien, pizza au four à charbon de bois, excellente pâtes, ambiance feutrée, personnel attentionné et chaleureux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Desserts coûteux par contre.

Food was good, we had pizza, the base was a little soggy but tasted good. Beer was on the expensive side and the menu for an Italian restaurant was limited. Great service and nice atmosphere. The satnav struggled to find it but we got there in the end.

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, tolles Essen - wir hatten Tagliere, Tomatenkaltschale und Pizza und haben uns gefühlt wie in Italien! Dazu Amalfi-Spritz auf der Terrasse um den lauen Sommerabend ausklingen zu lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
