    Ordered 2 medium rare steaks for the table. Both over cooked. We sent them back and one of the steaks came back rare. Our bill was $750 for four people, but the quality of the food was poor. Table were crammed in the dining room. At this price point you can get better food and better atmosphere in Greenville. We will not return.

    Rick Erwin's in Greer, SC, where the steaks are as big as my dad jokes and the service is smoother than my favorite dad dance moves! Let me tell ya, stepping into this joint is like walking into the culinary Hall of Fame. It’s got that classic steakhouse vibe, where the ambiance is cozier than a football Sunday with a side of nachos! First off, the staff here? Absolute gems! They treat you like family—if your family were a bunch of professionals who knew how to pour a mean glass of sweet tea. My server was so friendly, I half-expected him to invite me over for a backyard barbecue after my meal! Seriously, if I had a dollar for every time someone asked how my day was, I’d have enough to buy the whole restaurant a round of drinks! Now, let’s talk about the food! I ordered the filet mignon, and let me tell you, it was so tender it practically put me to sleep—like a lullaby for my taste buds! It was cooked to perfection, just like my famous grilled burgers at home—except, you know, with a lot less smoke and a lot more finesse. The sides? Oh boy, the mashed potatoes were so creamy that I thought I was eating a cloud! And don’t even get me started on the asparagus—crispier than my dad jokes on a Saturday night! For dessert, I had the chocolate lava cake, and let me tell you, it erupted with flavor! I felt like a kid again, waiting for the volcano to blow at the science fair.
