Tel Aviv beach vibes, upbeat Israeli tunes and fresh scents of falafel and sizzling skewers will welcome you into Rina. Casual, fresh and bright plates, putting a unique spin on traditional Israeli street food and hospitality traditions. Some recipes, including the falafel, have been passed down for generations through Baum’s (our owner!) family and were first served at Rina’s own falafel stand in Israel in the 1950’s. No wonder she chose to name the restaurant after the women who embedded some of the fondest memories of her upbringing. Rina also mean happiness in Hebrew and that is exactly how we intend to make you feel.

Felt like “trying too hard to be a Mediterranean joint” and not succeeding. Meat was uncooked in chicken kabobs I ordered. My friends too were not too impressed with a red meat concoction they ordered. They charged me $1.50 for hot sauce I asked for ( something similar to asking for chili oil at an Asian place.) Unfortunately would not be able to recommend this restaurant to anyone

Really nice surprise. Great food and large portions. Doors were open creating a nice indoor/outdoor vibe. Will dine again.

Salmon plate good! Definitely more of a lunch spot or for a quick bite before a movie!

Service was a bit slow and the food itself was uneven. It has potential but currently needs to address its shortcomings.

We absolutely loved the food, and will be back for that very reason alone. The service was pretty good although a drink and a side never made it to our table and we were charged for the side as well as an extra pita bread that we did not order. Looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful experience at Rina. The service was wonderful, kind and attentive. The food was so flavorful, aromatic and delicious! The wine was good too! We will certainly be back!

The service was great but the food needs serious attention. Chicken shawarma plate bore no resemblance to shawarma in terms of taste, looks and presentation whatsoever.The salmon was burned and dry. Hummus 0 was ok except only served with two tiny pieces of pita bread. They charge extra if you ask for more pita.
