                                                                                      We have been going to the Rio since it opened more than 30+ years ago. The food is always dependably good, sometimes really delicious. Changes over the years since Stevo and Andre began,, but the margs are still delicious, the chili con queso is still creamy yummy, the Chili rellenos have gotten HUGE and delicious, etc. The queso verduras were our favorite appetizer, since my "over 40" children were small. The manager SAYS queso fundito is the same, and it is ALMOST the same, but there aren't enough mushrooms and onions in the new dish. The sopapillas are the BEST of any restaurant I have ever tried. In fact we don't bother to order them anywhere else . . . although we're disappointed you have decided to get rid of the agave honey . . . can't understand that. I hope you bring it back. Overall, we still love the place, though we're getting too old for the NOISE and chaos when it's busy, and it's always busy. We had a very good waiter this last time, and typically do, no matter who it is. We will always be back.

                                                                                      We made a reso and requested a booth, but were put in a table in the middle of the walkway and a booth sat open right next to us for most of our meal. That was really disappointing since we were celebrating a big anniversary that night and had people in from out of town.

                                                                                      My reservation was necessary on this very busy night! Nevertheless, the meal arrived in a timely fashion and was delicious! Was a great choice for a friends night out.

                                                                                      We had a party of 5 with baby, and they gave us plenty of space. They also put us in a corner, which I appreciated so our baby wouldn't bother anyone if he decided to cry. Server was polite and open to offering suggestions when asked. Great time and on par with how Rio usually is.

                                                                                      We sat at a booth in the bar for late lunch and happy hour. Mark and Luke were our bartender/server team. They are awesome. Best food, best margaritas and hands down the best service.

                                                                                      This place was packed, so I'm glad I had a reservation. There was a long wait, so service was not overly speedy. Servers were friendly, upbeat, and handled my bill quickly at the table when I was done.

                                                                                      LOVE RIO GRANDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. We were there to celebrate a 45th anniversary, and Rio was what we wanted. Certainly not let down. Good food, good service, and good company.

                                                                                      When our tacos were served cold we told the waitress and she said, "If you want, I can go put them under the heat lamp to warm them up". Without good food and well trained servers, what else can a quality restaurant offer?
