Nestled in an historic brewery building in the Village of Wauwatosa, Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 is the flagship restaurant in The Bartolotta Restaurants portfolio. Conceived by The Bartolotta Restaurants co-founders, restaurateur Joe Bartolotta and his brother, Chef Paul Bartolotta, it is acclaimed for its handmade pasta and authentic Italian cuisine in a cozy, intimate setting. Executive Chef Juan Urbieta presents the popular “Un Viaggio in Italia” menu series, highlighting a different city or region of Italy with a four-course, customizable menu that takes guests on a journey of Italy and changes monthly.The restaurant was recently awarded the coveted Marchio Ospitalità Italiana certification of excellence by the Italian Union of Chamber of Commerce. This prestigious award honors a restaurant for its commitment to “Made in Italy” quality and authenticity. Reservations are recommended, and we have a 15-minute grace period, so please call us if you are running late.

Was there a month ago, atmosphere was great as was the food again, however service was off this time - multiple choppy points best exemplified by the after dinner drink being off and despite raising the concern, no consideration was made, barely an acknowledgment, business as usual

Only complete was our chicken was tough and dry. Otherwise the courses were awesome. The manager was ready comp the chicken or offer us after dinner drink. That was very nice.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The food was amazing and the service and staff were unbelievable. We will be back for sure for other Regions!! Carissa and Nicole took care of us and were great. Nicole’s explanation and pronunciation of the dishes were perfect!! And the wine director (so sorry, don’t remember her name) was amazing as well. From the recommendation as well as the conversation, so friendly!!

We went on Valentine's Day weekend. The place is nice, staff were friendly and accommodating. I was looking for their Valentine's Day menu, but all we were offered was the journey to Lazio. The food was ok if I was honest. We've had better food experience at their other Bartolotta restaurants.

Amazing dinner and service. There was a bit of a wait even with a reservation but everything else was superb! The dinner experience is always a favorite of ours!
