Our first experience will not be our last! We live a few hours away and planned a weekend getaway. Everything from the ambiance, service, and food was impeccable! Check in and valet were seamless. Sitting on the swings waiting to be called to our table was a total vibe! We were seated below the bar right at the entrance. At first I had really wished we were upstairs but the food and ambiance made me forget right away! We started with the bread board appetizer which was delivered by one of the managers, Shakur. This impressed me because he was interacting with the guests and you could tell he wanted to make sure our experience was satisfactory! The breads were delicious and the spreads were perfect compliments! I had the haddock and my husband had the lobster mac and cheese. We were expecting small portions for the fine dining price—we were WRONG! We were shocked at how much food arrived and we had to box up a big portion of everything (appetizer, meals, dessert) that we ordered. To finish, we had to order the Pittsburgh cookie table! Were the cookies the best cookies we’ve ever had? No. Am I still glad we ordered it? Absolutely! I especially liked the heart shaped cookies. They were delicious! I must try brunch next!

It was the first time there for our party of four. Our food, drinks, desserts and service were excellent despite it being a busy night. The hostess was also friendly and helpful. Our server, Helena, and the manager, Shakur, did a wonderful job! We had an issue with one dinner, but they corrected it right away. They made sure everything was great!

Repeat visit for Valentine’s Day dinner and Ritual House did it again! Every time we come here we know we’re guaranteed to get a great meal served by talented, friendly people who make the evening a joy. Had the surf and turf and a few drinks, which were all perfection. Our server Stephen and manager Shakur attended to our every need and made our night so special. Definitely come visit these people and experience the amazing place they’ve created downtown!

We had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner. The food was amazing. Our server was delightful. She said she was from Ukraine. Thank you for this special place

Food and drinks were excellent! Staff were nice and stylish for Valentine's day. The decor is everything, everywhere you turned was a photo opportunity!

Our entire experience from beginning to end was amazing! The entire staff gave us a wonderful experience! The food is the best in pittsburgh! The appetizers are delicious and so unique! Our entrees came and were beyond our expectations! Our favorite part was the chocolate cake and cotton candy! What a fun end to a perfect night out! Presentation from beginning to end was great!We will absolutely be back and tell all of our friends. Our new favorite spot in pittsburgh! Amanda and Ed are the absolute best and any restaurant they are involved in, we will be there!

10/10 Great meal - one of the best we've had in Pittsburgh. Right across the street from the beautiful William Penn (as if the atmosphere wasn't already perfect inside the restaurant). We ordered teanie tinis to celebrate a special day and our hostess delivered with a pair of chambongs on the house. Never had one! Super cool treat! The filet minon was tender as butter. The NY strip my wife had was juicy and flavorful. Both cooked perfectly. We have the cookie table for desert which was a huge platter with a festive tableside firework and cottoncandy. Just a super cool experience and left a huge impression on us. Service was quick and attentive. Very kind staff and felt like we were VIPs the whole time. Definitely a sexy cool hip spot for friends or date night. Don't know that I would bring my parents or any kids. This was upscale and felt fancy. I enjoyed this place more than the bougie restaurants up on Mt. Washington.
