                                                                                  I had high hopes for this restaurant. We ordered two of thier specialties, the Beef Wellington and Sunday beef roast. Both were dry and the roast should have been labeled as jerky. When the attendant inquired why we hadn’t eaten most of our meal and I pointed out the quality issue, she was unapologetic. The atmosphere is Instagram heaven but for $160 I’ll save my funds for an establishment that truly cares about their patrons experience.

                                                                                  Cloakroom was full when we arrived so had to take our bags and coats underneath our table Food is excellent although on the little pricey side for wine / champagne in comparison to other restaurants of this calibre Overall best roast dinner we’ve had, well worth it for a special occasion

                                                                                  Having eaten just the potatoes while in the market we wanted to visit the restaurant. Mistake! No one offered to take coats, no one asked how our meal was. Beef and the Wellington was great. Potatoes were ok, just ok. The green vegetables weren't drained enough so there was a quite a bit of water in the bowl. The vegetables, stuffing and pigs in blankets were so salty. So so salty. Wish we'd sent them all back. Brought out a chocolate tartlet for my birthday. No "Happy Birthday". Don't waste your money. £140!

Shell fish, the same beef item that is part of the beef main and a couple of uninspiring vegetarian options. Mains and deserts were good. Drinks not too expensive, though the cocktail list was a bit lacking in variety-and the drinks underperformed; chilli spiced cocktail wasn't noticeably chilli spiced. Banana didn't much taste of banana. Very few rum based options etc. Soft drinks in those stupid little bottles.

                                                                                  Most of the dishes were good. The Red Prawn starter has lots of sand in it as the prawns had not been cleaned properly. The staff were friendly, but service was slow. There was a mistake with the bill which was rectified immediately. Overall not quite as good as it should have been.
