                                                                                  Waiter had 0 idea what was going on. Didnt understand English. Food was very hot, pretty good. Felt rushed.

                                                                                  Brilliant Sunday lunch for two, excellent food, well presented and delicious. Very generous portions. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

                                                                                  Food cannot fault it was outstanding and was great to sit where the chefs are working. It’s a bit of a mess on arrival as no one knows where to go and we’re back of a very long queue when we reserved a table. Once getting through a big crowd, service was very quick but rushed and no attentiveness when paying £125 per head. No bread was offered. No knowledge from server and no conversation or personality, so felt a waste of time talking. Eventually, at the end once tables started to leave other team members acknowledged us. The team worked very hard running around. Maybe they are squeezing in too many tables at once causing delays in seating and rushed service. I would go back, but not in a rush.

                                                                                  I have been to roast on many occasions but last Sunday was organised chaos. They have now put more tables in the restaurant and trying to navigate your way through them was virtually impossible We had to wait 35 minutes for our table to become available .The food was not up to its usual standards and was cold. I would have to think twice about returning.

                                                                                  Running an hour behind schedule we were told to come back an hour later... we were all starving so they said instead we could have two separate tables. So had a great Valentines meal... sitting with my three year old whilst my partner sat elsewhere with my five year old. However we did get a discount on our meal, but I wish I'd have just said no now. Food was nice and lots of it. But i've had a lot nicer Roast dinners in local pubs and at home. Service was good but not personable and no friendly chat.
