Our server forgot to come back and take our order. 15min( then wings we ordered came burned black. Not organized.

The food was wayyyy too spicy as a regular to Rocco’s tacos i was extremely dissapointed in the food it used to be much better. I wont be returning any time soon

Meal took an hour to come out. Wasn't packed at 9 pm. Server never came by to ask if we wanted a drink of fill our water glasses or give us an update until 2 mins before it came out. (They said the order never made it into the kitchen). If server came over during those 60 minutes we would have ordered cocktails, giving the restaurant more revenue, and larger bill, means larger tip. Makes no sense. Can't imagine how they will handle the crowd that is about to come over the holidays.

Been going to this location for years. The food, and service are always outstanding. The general manager is present, walking around making sure all is going well. He will stop and chat without making it seem as if you are “bothering” him. Though there may be other locations, this is the Rocco’s for us.

I enjoyed the food and company, but the music was so loud that we had to shout to be heard across the table. i don't understand the need to blast the music so people can't have a conversation. and we were outside. inside was worse. i will not return.

I have loved the food and ambiance for a long time, still do, however, furniture really needs updating.

Laughably bad experience. After being seated, kitchen and bar were slow to deliver food and drinks. When delivered, orders were wrong and items that were supposed to be hot were cold. Server and manager responded appropriately to the restaurant's shortcomings, but it was still an experience we will remember. Can't say I'll ever go back with any kind of positive expectation.
