Food portions was small and over priced. The food was good . It looked like the service was good. Our waiter was rather lost waited a long time for drinks 40 minutes . They served the food at all different times. Seemed like there was confusion when appetizers come out after the main course .

As people who come to this restaurant often, we’re really sad to say that tonight was a very unpleasant experience. We had a reservation at 6:30 to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We got seated right away, but waited for a server for almost 15 minutes. This was weird, but we were being patient as we knew it was a busy night. Once our server finally came to our table, he immediately asked us what we wanted to order. No hello, no introduction, nothing. This was also weird but again, we didn’t want to look too far into it and just wanted to enjoy our night. Throughout the entire service, we had to call our server over three times and he didn’t check up on us once. We waited another 15 minutes for the check to drop, in which we had to ask another worker there for. We understand how busy it gets on a Saturday night, especially after a holiday like Valentine’s Day. However, our waiter was extremely inattentive and it almost felt like we were bothering him when we had to ask for things. He didn’t even do the bare minimum of service and introduce himself. However, seemed to be treating his other tables fine. I am not one to typically leave a review or complain, but tonight was an uncomfortable, uninviting, and unenjoyable experience. I only hope that next time is better since we usually come here for special occasions and spend a pretty penny to have a nice and relaxing evening.

Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary! We celebrated my best friend’s birthday on Valentine’s weekend, and chose the Valentine’s Day Omakase Special, which was absolutely delicious. But the real standout dishes were from their traditional menu. The Spicy Crispy Tuna Rice was an unforgettable treat—the rice was perfectly crisped to a golden crunch, while the tuna was a harmonious blend of sweet and spicy, so fresh and full of flavor. And the Bone Marrow? It was like butter—meltingly soft, warm, and bursting with rich, savory goodness that made every bite heavenly. To top it all off, our waiter Lee was phenomenal. He was so attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, making the whole evening feel special. He surprised us with roses, complimentary champagne, and a birthday sorbet for my friend with a candle—such a thoughtful touch! The sorbet was so refreshing and a perfect end to our meal. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were top-notch, and I would rate the whole experience a 12/10. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Such an amazing experience. Roka’s Valentine’s menu & drink pairing was well worth the price. The service never disappoints.

Nothing worse than being forgotten we were server first two Valentine entrees then we were forgotten and they forgot our drinks throughout. First entrees came fast then they forgot and kept telling us the rest would come. The next came 45 minutes later. At the end the employees were all around the bar trying to clean and we were just waiting. The manager never came around
