   The food (lasagna and pizza) and drinks were good, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The place was packed, which added to the lively atmosphere, but it also seemed understaffed—leading to long wait times. With a bit more support, this spot could be even better!

   It was my first time at Rollati, it was fantastic. Simone was outstanding, she guided us through the menu and provided excellent customer service. I can’t wait to go back, thank you for the wonderful dining experience.

   We had a great time at this restaurant! The service was amazing, and the atmosphere was really cool. The only thing that didn’t quite hit the mark was the food. The lasagna was supposed to be a standout, but it was just okay for us. It was a unique twist on the classic dish, but it wasn’t our favorite.

   My husband and I arrived for our 8:30pm dinner reservation and were seated by the window. Enjoyed how calm the vibe was, it was a nice relaxing dinner experience. Our first time and enjoyed the food very much. I had the spicy pie pizza & my husband had the Chicken Piccata, I had the the expresso martini and for dessert we had the fried bread pudding…. Yums all around. We will be back.

   Absolutely wonderful, as always! The secret dessert menu was also fun to learn of, and absolutely a hit. Hope they add fried bread pudding to the legit menu!

   Wine selection is excellent. Had the homemade pasta Ala vodka which was flavorful. Sides are surprisingly generous .. we ordered the button mushrooms and they are bomb. Skip the steak.

   We had a wonderful dinner. Food was amazing. Very cool atmosphere and ambiance inside the waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. They were just a bit short-staffed so he had to run the bar and our table and towards the end the service tailed off definitely would come back. Highly recommend this restaurant.

   The customer is not always right….ordered 2 vodka martinis with no vermouth. There was some vermouth in both. Took a few sips to make sure and they were cloudy so you could see some vermouth. The server took the martinis to the bar tender. He said they don’t have vermouth and the server brought them back to our table and told us what the bartender said. I was surprised and couldn’t believe when she returned with the drinks. Put a bad taste in our mouth. Pun intended. No manager came by to check in on us. No credit on the bill.

    Great find! Food was delicious especially the Garlic Bread. I had the chicken sandwich, and my wife had the lasagna.
