We are an authentic Italian restaurant established in 2013. In 2020 the business was passed down from one generation to the next to remain in the family and maintain authenticity. We pride ourselves on our quality service and excellent food. All our sauces and pastas are made fresh in house to deliver a modern twist on classic Italian cuisine. We have an extensive wine list featuring boutique wines from Italy. Stop in to experience a taste of Italy right in the heart of Carmel.

                                                          The food we enjoyed was quite good, particularly at dinner! However, there were a few concerns. Our wait staff kindly informed us multiple times about the items that were out of stock, as the menu is set to change in February. While we appreciated their communication, the experience could have been smoother. We also encountered an issue regarding our 8-year-old's meal. We requested that the cream sauce on the shrimp pasta be substituted with butter, but were told that this modification could not be accommodated. It seems unusual to have just pasta and shrimp without any sauce, and this left us a bit puzzled. Additionally, when we asked for extra ricotta cheese for our meatball appetizer, we were informed that it wasn't possible. Unfortunately, the demeanor of the staff member was not as polite as we would have hoped, which affected our overall experience. As a tip for future patrons, if you would like extra cheese, it may be beneficial to request it when you first sit down rather than after the food has arrived. Being specific about your needs, such as one cheese portion for every two people, can also help ensure a more satisfying dining experience.

                                                          Very good dinner and service. Went prior to a concert at the Palladium and they got us in and out very effectively, without feeling rushed. Overall experience was very good.

                                                          Can’t believe I’ve never stumbled across this place before! Great ambiance and service. Helio was our waiter and was a consummate professional. My wife and I got the grouper and the pistachio and filet ravioli. Both were phenomenal. We also got the suppli to start; which tasted exactly like the type you’d get at a stand in Rome. Wine, aperitif, and digestif selection were also great.
