The host was really cool. I don't remember her name, but she was great. She got us our drinks and everything because her shiver wasn't there for a little bit and the food was pretty good and the service is very fast.

The resturant was pretty empty when we went. There was 1 hostess and 1 server and 1 cook from what we seen. Our server started getting busier with guests so we hardly had much of his attention. The hostess was great in coming to help if we needed anything. But our actual server looked overwhelmed. Some of our food was good, the appetizers were underwhelming and over priced for what they were. Overall for 6 people our bill was $180 and that was 2 kids meals out of the 6 and 2 appetizers so I think it was over priced for the quality and taste of the food.

We have enjoyed this restaurant for many years. The service is good, the food is excellent and the ambiance is very pleasant.

The staff is so proud of their restaurant, and for good reason! Such nice people work there that it felt like we were dining with a family. The best place yet, and the steak and fish are both excellent choices. Will definitely be back.

Nice dinner with grandson, we enjoy coming here for the food. Fettuccine was yummy.

Delicious mushroom ravioli & seafood ravioli, Coppola wine recommended. Josh Cellars wine was a better pairing with the ravioli. As for the complimentary bread that comes with olive oil, tip: add balsamic vinegar, minced garlic and red paper to the dish and dip away. Beware of outdated prices & subpar house wine. Overall, tasty but watch for changes

We have been repeat customers of this location over the past 8 years. Post COVID years, we have experienced repeat challenges with their service. Today, it was not a good dining experience, in fact, one of the worst visits. The bill was $200 for a party of six. For this price, the service should be much, much better. When we arrived at 1:50 pm, the host said she would seat us at our reservation time of 2 pm even though the restaurant was mostly empty. We suprisingly noticed while entering that the restaurant only has a County of San Bernardino Grade B instead of the normal Grade A. This B-grade sign is posted on the side door - not the main door. A “B” rating is odd for a Macaroni Grill or for any restaurant. The service was essentially no service meaning no beverage order initially taken, dirty plates were not cleared, no beverage or water refills, no bread refills, no asking if we were interested in dessert, etc. Furthermore the kitchen was blaring strange music that is not normal for the restaurant. No manager was seen. As vegetarians, we enjoy MG food as there are many options. The food and the ambiance are the only reasons why we return to this restaurant.

Our server, Elizah, was attentive and very friendly. We both tried new (to us) dinners and splurged on dessert. Wonderful meal, great place!
