The food was ok, not hot when served. I had the mamas trio and the chicken Parmesan was very dry. Other two items, so-so. My husband had chicken Marsala and also just so-so. We ordered key lime pie to take back to our room and it was not good at all. No key lime flavor and very small piece. Should have been better for $10 a slice!

Basic chain Italian restaurant. It was our first evening of vacation and I knew our kids would want something they knew and felt comfortable with. Of course it's significantly more expensive here, than at home. The food was good enough to fill us up and help us adapt after 12 hours on a plane. Our server was nice. He was clearly new and trying to do his best, but he was nervous. He brought my water in a glass that had a crack from the rim all the way to the base. He apologized and got me a new one right away. There were times he could have been more attentive, but it was fine. The more experienced staff stepped in to support him. Host staff were great and friendly.

The server was very good and it was a fun atmosphere, but the food was not particularly well prepared. Given the other choices in the area, Macaroni Grill is going to have to step up their game.

This was my kids choice on vacation. Totally acceptable chain restaurant with usual menu items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lighting was unusually bright in the dining area.

Had a reservation for 7:15 pm on a Monday based on reviews advising to get a reservation. Had a party of 8 before us come without a reservation told to come back 8:30 pm. We were immediately sat, restaurant was half full. It was a quick eat for us as we were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to relax. We got our drinks in about 10 minutes, but no food arrived until after 8:15 pm. I actually walked around wondering what was going on and no one was at the host stand and we couldn’t find our waiter to refill our water. We only ordered one pasta dish and one salad. We got the wrong salad and decided to just cancel it and went to queens market to grab a salad to go. Felt underwhelmed for one pasta dish over 90 minute dining experience
