High up with a panoramic view The Rooftop Molitor with its restaurant and Solarium is open to offer you a gastronomic experience that captures the spirit of summer in Paris: light, lively and full of joy! Under the leadership of Executive Chef Gregory Gbiorczyk and his team of chefs, the teams have come up with a sunny menu for this new 2024 season, where each dish is a celebration and an invitation to travel. For the cocktail menu, we are honoured to continue our partnership with St Germain for this new season. Through this collaboration, we have combined the expertise of our talented mixologists with the delicate floral essence of St Germain, to offer a range of refined and refreshing cocktails.
