    The food was all really good, the drinks were delicious, and our server was great! All that said, the “experience” is not worth paying for. They need the hard style igloos that have an actual door… the zipper kept getting stuck on the door so a bunch of cold air would come through but worst of all, it was dripping all over us… into our food, drinks etc. my hair was pretty soaked in one spot, when I tied it up then it just dripped on my neck. We used their blankets to shield our legs, which helped. Additionally, I don’t recommend ordering food if you’ll be in the igloos. The table is low low so it was kind of awkward to eat with our food on our laps (but also at an angle to avoid the dripping water). Again, everything was quite tasty and our server was fantastic! He was great with our group and the two kids we had with us. Our drinks were absolutely delicious so if you’re doing the igloo, get some friends and some cocktails for a cute little evening out under the blankets!

    My youngest son and I "reserved" (at $100 to hold) a rooftop igloo at the Envio and although the cold winter experience was wonderful and our server was fabulous, the menu left a bit to be desired. Also, the $100 or $150 fee to use one of the igloos seems excessive in the winter season when demand is low. A good experience for a "one time" event, but beyond that not overwhelming other than the cost.

    We had dinner in an igloo outside on the rooftop. Service was amazing, the food was good and the experience was very cozy

    Went on a quiet Monday night when there was no reservation fee. Because of this, I would not pay a reservation fee on a Friday night. The service and food was great and I would recommend a slow night to check it out.

    The manager, Deb, went above and beyond to make my mother's 85th birthday an unforgettable night. James, our server, was attentive, prompt, and knowledgeable about the menu. We sat on the rooftop in an igloo, enjoying the stunning view, delightful ambiance, and unique experience. A wonderful night had by all.

    I booked the igloo through the app like the restaurant told me to do, confirmed via text, showed the confirmation at check in, but they said they didn’t have it on file and gave the igloo to the person in front of us who didn’t reserve it, but asked for it when they arrived. Very disappointing. The people behind us in line also booked an igloo and were told they didnt have one for them either. Clearly there is a problem with their reservation system. We ended up at a high top table near the windows but didn’t get menus until after the waitress brought waters, told us she would get menus but disappeared, then finally came back asking what we wanted to eat and acknowledged they forgot the menus. Service was beyond slow. Waitress blamed New Years Eve prep and being distracted with another table. Food and drinks were decent. They gave us a drink menu that was different than online which was confusing. Told us we could order a drink listed online but then told us they didn’t have the ingredients for the drink. That’s when they gave us a different drink menu that actually did match online but by then we were too annoyed with the situation to wait on another drink. So again, very disappointing and we won’t go back or recommend to anyone.

    It was just ok, better than I was expecting based on reviews I read prior to my first dining experience there, but probably wouldn’t go back.

    We thought it was a nice environment but the food was very marginal. For what would be a higher level restaurant. We do not see the value for be cost.
