With so many good things on the menu, finally ordered a salad and it did not disappoint. Colorful greens, fresh variety of veges I don't keep at home and a delicious champagne vinegarette, not too much. A few bites of my partner's roasted chicken (our favorite) and that was enough for a light weeknight meal.

It was an anniversary celebration which had been noted when I reserved. The young hostess was clueless and offered a tiny table in the middle of the room. The reservation was specific about the seating. When I refused that table, she then located us to a more desirable table. Otherwise, it was lovely evening. Tim, our server, was attentive and pleasant. The food service team worked well together. The hostess just didn’t seem to be on par with the rest of the team that we observed. Our food was fabulous and topped off by the luscious coconut cake.

Upon entering the restaurant, the aroma of the woodfire oven permeates the space and makes it feel warm and cozy on a cold winter day. We had a very young and polite waiter, who tried to make our experience enjoyable and pleasant from the start. Which it was, for the most part. He explained the menu thoroughly and told us that the majority of entrees did not come with a side dish, everything was a la carte. We thought that was "interesting" because a single serving of most side dishes started at $9+. A problem occurred when my husband ordered a Gibson martini made with Hendricks gin and a twist of lemon. Our young waiter confessed to not knowing what that was, so my husband explained it in detail. What came back the first time was a pale yellowish beverage in a martini glass. Expecting a clear liquid with a twist of lemon, my husband tasted it and said that they had mixed a lemonade concoction with the gin. NOT what he ordered. So, after apologizing the nice waiter wrote down every detail that my husband explained and came back with a short glass filled with a shot of gin and a twist of lemon. Again, the waiter sheepishly apologized (it wasn't his fault). So, I suggested that the manager come to the table, which she did. Honestly, I don't think she knew the difference either, but she conveyed our serious disappointment to the bartender. Finally, the bartender (presumably a different one than the one who made the first two drinks) and placed a Hendricks martini with a twist of lemon in front of my husband. She proclaimed, "this was made with love!" We gave grace to all, because they couldn't have been nicer and more apologetic. But really? A martini of this type is Bartending 101! There were 3 of us who ordered. Chicken, salmon, and a hamburger. My friend and I, each had a side dish (beets and butter beans). The food was good but not great. So, I'll wait a few weeks and try again. With a little more experience, the young staff should be more knowledgeable.

We went for brunch - the food was good. Half of the meals came out incorrectly, so we had people eating at staggered times. There was not a ton of urgency to get things fixed, but eventually, everything worked out. They were really thoughtful about a celebration for one of our guests, offered a free dessert, and had a nice card prepared for him.

First visit. Liked it ~ however we wish there were one or 2 more egg selections for Sunday Brunch ~ otherwise we enjoyed it

Very busy evening. But food was great and service was the bar which was also busy so it was a little slow and never knew who our server was.

Second time at this location and it was just as packed as the first time. We had a 7:30 reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:10. When I checked in on our status around 7:45, the hostesses said we were eighth in line to be sat. Insane. The hostesses were polite but there was nothing they could do; the restaurant was overbooked and needs to be better managed to ensure guests have a great experience beginning to end. Once we got to our table, our server Nick was awesome. He did let us know he had just been triple-sat, so if he could get us drinks and bread, he’d be back in a bit to properly get us started. Appreciated his honesty, but he shouldn’t have been in that situation. Still, his service was top-notch throughout the rest of the evening. Food was incredible, too! Definitely get the lemon blueberry compote for dessert - divine. They’re a few months in, but Rooster’s really needs to work through the reservations and manage the flow better for it to be a great experience overall.

The manager, Eric, was fantastic! Although our table was running 40 minutes behind, he went above and beyond to make it right. He provided delicious snacks and even comped the corking fee, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. Thanks to Eric’s exceptional service, we’ll definitely be back!

This is a very sophisticated open air restaurant. Nice colors and decor. Very attentive and helpful waitstaff. The drinks were so good, refreshing and nice and cold. The food was awesome as usual at Roosters. We didn’t try the pizza but saw a couple of tables getting one and they looked fabulous. Maybe next time
