   Was a special birthday celebration. Birthday guest ordered food a certain way, no regard was given to the way we ordered. Happened 5x. We were planning to tip 3X the amount... but there 2as no apology and at one point when asked for the bill, the server rolled his eyes and appeared agitated. He was serving another 25 person party but after circling the building the building 6x to look for parking, paying a $200 bill and getting service/food that was subpar... won't be pack... the birthday guest said her burger want cooked right and she didn't have a good time and wouldn't return, so this experience was times two.

   Everything was wonderful. The food was excellent and our server, Katie, was outstanding! We will ask for her when we go back soon.

   we love root and bone! the warm, openness of the space is so welcoming. and the food is incredible. everything we have eaten has been fantastic (the stuffed french toast is a must for brunch!) a special place for any occasion!

   Everything about this place is outstanding! Our server, Imani and her support staff were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Every recommendation was delicious and I will return the next time I visit Indianapolis.

   We usually like coming to this restaurant but they really lost the quality and forgot how to treat people. After our meal, I requested to go order of the banana pudding brûlée and when I opened the box at home without the box moving it was served as a slop bowl. It was so disrespectful. I went back to the restaurant and tried to talk to the manager instead of putting a review. Even worse, the manager didn't even care. For the price of our dinner they should offer a better service.

    Service was great, but I ordered the snitzel and spaetzle, it was dry a tasted awful. My wife liked the salmon. The cook should keep away from trying German dishes. It was a bit pricey for the over all quality of dining experience.
